Meet Leatrice Shacks, founder of the Action Advocate and a seasoned professional with a diverse background in African American Studies, Psychology, and Administration. With over 15 years of experience in talent development and project management, Leatrice has established herself as a trusted advisor, providing strategic counsel to senior leaders across a range of industries. Fueled by her passion for empowering marginalized communities, Leatrice is committed to using her expertise to help others reach their full potential. Through advocacy and mentorship, she is dedicated to creating positive change and supporting the development of future leaders.
